Refund policy

Bronner Bros, Inc. sells tickets and registrations for live events. Because we commit to venue, catering, staffing, seating, and production costs based on confirmed attendance, most sales are final. The exceptions are set out below.

Beauty Icon Awards

General Admission ($199) — All sales are final. Tickets are transferable (see Transfers below).

VIP Experience ($499) and The Icon Experience ($1,500) — These tiers include reserved seating, curated collections, and hospitality arranged for each named guest. You may request a full refund up to Thursday, September 10, 2026 — 30 days before the event. Requests received on or after September 11, 2026 are not eligible for a refund, but your ticket remains transferable.

To request a refund, email info@bronnerbros.com with your order number before the cutoff date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Student Summit

All Student, Instructor, and Guest / Supporter registrations are final. Registrations are transferable.

Fantasy Braid Competition

Competition entry fees are final and non-refundable, including where an entry is incomplete, submitted after the September 5, 2026 deadline, withdrawn, or not selected to advance to the Live Semifinal Round.

Competition entry includes a kit shipped at our cost once you register, which is why entries cannot be refunded after purchase.

Competition entries are not transferable. Only the registered student may compete, and a Semifinalist position may not be passed to another student. See the Official Competition Rules for the full terms.

Transfers

Tickets and registrations may be transferred to another person at no charge up to [7] days before the event.

To transfer, email info@bronnerbros.com with your order number and the new attendee's full name and email address. The transferred ticket carries the same tier and inclusions as the original. Competition entries cannot be transferred.

If we cancel or reschedule

If the event is cancelled, all ticket holders receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. No action is needed.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is automatically valid on the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement by emailing info@bronnerbros.com.

Programming changes

Event schedules, speakers, honorees, performers, sponsors, and activations are subject to change. The substitution or removal of any individual element does not entitle you to a refund.

Admission

Admission requires a valid ticket presented at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the venue, any person who cannot present valid admission or who does not comply with venue policies or the instructions of event staff. No refund is given in these circumstances.

Non-attendance is not grounds for a refund.

Damaged, incorrect, or duplicate orders

If you receive the wrong ticket type, are charged more than once for the same ticket, or your competition kit arrives damaged or incomplete, email info@bronnerbros.com and we will correct it.
