Covid-19 Safety Info
Bronner Bros. International Beauty Show is dedicated to providing a safe environment for exhibitors and attendees and we are continuously monitoring the latest updates from the New Orleans Mayor’s Office.
In accordance with CDC Guidelines, Bronner Bros. is following recommendations for capacity limits, physical social distancing, increased sanitization and other safety protocols.
Masks:
Bronner Bros. International Beauty Show will be a mask mandated event. We are enforcing a mask mandate for vaccinated and non-vaccinated exhibitors and attendees. In addition, all Ernest Morial Convention Center employees will be wearing masks.
Physical Distancing:
Exhibit hall capacity will be monitored and there will be plenty of space to distance at the show, the spacing between booths has been increased and aisles have been widened. Classroom capacities will be limited to allow for more distance between seats.
Sanitizer Stations:
In addition to increased signage and directions to handwashing facilities, there will be hand sanitizing stations on the exhibit floor for your convenience.
Enhanced Sanitation:
Ernest Morial Convention Center has increased cleaning, with a focus on high-touch surfaces and common areas using cleaning products that meet EPA guidelines.
Additionally, we will have plexiglass up at registration and other close contact areas of the show
We are excited to get back an in person event and we can’t wait to see you August 28-30, 2021 in New Orleans at the Ernest Morial Convention Center.
